Our Story
A few months back, life looked very different. Our Story began while we were living in Canada, experiencing the extremes of nature—freezing winters dropping to -20°C and pleasantly mild summers that barely touched 20°C. It was a land of contrast, and in those moments, we discovered something many people overlook: the power of a truly good night’s sleep.
We realized how much comfort depends on the kind of bedsheet you sleep on — the right fabric, the right thread count, the right warmth and breathability. But our learning went beyond just bedding.
Living away from home also taught us that even the smallest spaces — if thoughtfully designed — can feel warm, inviting, and deeply personal. When you’re not at work, you just want to be at home — your own space of peace, comfort, and beauty.
That insight stayed with us. When we moved back to India, we noticed a gap.
We spent months researching fabrics, working closely with manufacturers and suppliers, testing for quality and comfort. That’s when we found our answer in 100% organic bedsheets — natural, breathable, and incredibly soft.
And that’s how Anaka was born — not just as a bedding brand, but as a vision to create beautiful, comforting spaces at home.

Our name is as personal as our journey. Anaka is a blend of two names very close to our hearts. It also has roots in Sanskrit, where it means “unmatched.”
